Sernam : Geodis proposerait de reprendre 1 000 salariés
Geodis, la société de fret et de logistique de la SNCF, a fait des propositions de reprise d’une partie des activités du transporteur Sernam, en proie à d’importantes difficultés financières et placé en redressement judiciaire, selon des sources syndicales.
Sortant d’une réunion au ministère de l’Ecologie le 16 février, Maxime Dumont, le secrétaire général de l’union fédérale Route de la CFDT (majoritaire chez Sernam), a indiqué que Geodis aurait proposé de reprendre 1 000 salariés sur un total de quelque 1 700. « Il faut qu’il revoie leur offre à la hausse », estime le responsable syndical. Toujours selon Maxime Dumont, Geodis compterait sur deux de ses entités, France Express et Carlberson, pour « intégrer Sernam dans ce groupe » tout en évitant « les doublons ». Contacté, Geodis n’a pas fait de commentaires.
Le délai pour déposer une offre de reprise devait se terminer le 27 février. C’est aussi à cette date que devait se prononcer le tribunal de commerce sur le sort de cette entreprise de messageries et de transport express, ancienne filiale de la SNCF, privatisée en 2005.
