Transco, le réseau de transport scolaire et interrégional de la Côte-d’Or, confié à Keolis, a lancé pour la rentrée scolaire trois nouveaux supports billettiques : un billet sans contact, vendu 30 centimes d’euro, anonyme, rechargeable et pouvant héberger plusieurs voyages ; la carte à puce, vendue 5 euros, anonyme ou nominative, adaptée aux grands voyageurs avec abonnement ; et une clé USB, comme l’avait proposé en 2009 la RATP pour le pass Navigo, puis la SNCF en février 2010.
Nominative ou anonyme, cette clé USB est rechargeable de façon illimitée, avec une durée de vie estimée à 5 ans. Un emplacement permet d’y ajouter une carte micro SD pour le transport des données personnelles de l’usager. Vendue 15 euros, elle est toutefois offerte, jusqu’au 31 décembre 2011, lors d’un achat d’un titre mensuel, ou remise aux collégiens qui bénéficient des transports scolaires gratuits (5 500 clés distribuées). Dès 2012, l’usager pourra charger sa clé avec les titres du réseau urbain de Dijon Divia. Transco a investi 2 millions d’euros, dont 600 000 euros d’aides européennes, dans la nouvelle billettique, qui comprend aussi la carte sans contact. L’entreprise a notamment dû équiper 110 cars de valideurs sans contact.
